Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policies
1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked services.
•No-call/no-show appointments will require full prepayment for any future bookings.
2. Children and Additional Guests Policy
•For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, no children or additional guests are allowed in the salon. Bringing children or extra guests will result in an automatic cancellation, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
3. Refunds and Redos
•All services are non-refundable. If you’d like to pay in cash, please bring exact change. I do not keep cash on me or will not Zelle/cashapp back any difference.
•If adjustments or fixes are needed, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. Requests made after this time frame may incur additional charges.
4. Late Arrival Policy
•If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure quality service for all clients!
5. New Client consultation requirements
All new clients are required to have a consultation before their first appointment. This can be done in one of the following ways:
•In-Person Consultation: Visit the salon before your appointment to discuss your hair goals, desired look, and hair history.
•FaceTime Consultation: Schedule a virtual consultation for convenience.
•Pre-Appointment Consultation: If unable to come in prior, your consultation will take place at the start of your first appointment.
